When you use OnCue, we collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when claiming a profile, and the YouTube channel URLs you submit for analysis.

We also collect publicly available data from YouTube, including video titles, view counts, comment text, and channel metadata. We do not collect private YouTube data or access any data that requires authentication.

How we use your data

We use collected data to generate conversation intelligence — guest rankings, topic analysis, audience demand insights, and booking recommendations. Your email is used solely to notify you about your profile, score changes, and weekly intelligence digests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Public data

Guest profiles, channel profiles, and topic pages on OnCue display publicly available information derived from YouTube. If you are featured on OnCue and want to update or remove your profile, contact us at hello@oncuenow.com.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for language preferences and basic analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Data retention

We retain your email and claim data for as long as your profile is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@oncuenow.com.
