OnCue is a conversation intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available podcast content to provide guest rankings, topic analysis, and booking recommendations. Our service is provided "as is" and is subject to change.

User accounts

When you claim a profile on OnCue, you represent that you are the person or authorized representative of the channel you are claiming. False claims may result in removal of access.

Data accuracy

OnCue provides intelligence based on publicly available data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data, scores, or recommendations are correct. Rankings and scores are algorithmic outputs, not editorial judgments.

Acceptable use

You may use OnCue for personal and business purposes related to podcast production, guest booking, and content strategy. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute OnCue data without permission.

Intellectual property

OnCue's scores, rankings, analysis, and recommendations are our intellectual property. Guest bios marked as "AI-generated" are produced by our system. YouTube content metadata belongs to the respective creators.

Limitation of liability

OnCue is not liable for business decisions made based on our data or recommendations. Use our intelligence as one input among many in your decision-making process.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of OnCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
